I bet you get fed up of people contacting you to say you're site is not on the first page of Google and how they can get it there for a hefty fee. Unfortunately their offers come without guarantees, or if they do, all they are doing is paying for your site to be in the "sponsored listings" which get much fewer clicks than the natural listings, and costs a fortune.
As you will have noticed, the site you just came from ranks very highly in Googles natural listings, which is the place most people look at first. It was most likely on the first page, or very close to being so.
Where does your website currently rank?
If it's not on Googles first page, chances are you'll not be getting many visitors to your site from the search engines. If it's not in the first 2-3 pages, I doubt you're getting any visitors from the search engines.
